用料:
1:鸡蛋3粒(小); 2:牛奶1/3cup; 3:中精面粉1cup;
4:白糖1/2cup; 5:butter1/3条(室温回软);
6:bakingpowder1/2茶匙。
做法:
1:先将鸡蛋尽量打散一些,再加入白糖打至微微起泡;
2:然后加入butter、牛奶搅拌一下;
3:最后筛入面粉和bakingpowder,拌成下图的蛋面糊;
4:平底锅不加油烧热,倒入适量蛋面糊,小火煎至出现蜂窝状时翻面再煎一会即可起锅;
5: 吃的时候浇上枫叶糖浆和鲜奶油即可。
